Job Title: Receptionist. Location: Noida, Sector 2 Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000. Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, coordinating appointments, and assisting with general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:  Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.  Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.  Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company security policies.  Manage the reception area — ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.  Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.  Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.  Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.  Support HR and administrative teams with routine clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.  Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.  Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and internal communications. Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).  Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  Professional appearance and positive attitude.  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
