Receptionist

Hi, I'm looking for a dental chairside assistant cum receptionist for my clinic Enchant Dentistry & Aesthetics located in RMV 2nd stage, Sanjaynagar. Working hours is from 11am to 8:30pm from Wednesday to Monday (tuesdays off).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

• Help arranging instruments before and after treatments

• Update calendars and schedule appointments

• Assist doctors while treating

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd PUC and 0 to 6 months. Other required skills include proficiency in speaking local language Kannada and basic English, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
