Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, parcels, and mail.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments for guests.
Support HR and Administration with documentation and office coordination.
Manage office stationery and pantry stock.
Maintain employee attendance registers and other administrative records as required.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
