Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor and employee attendance registers.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings
Handle courier, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Receive payments from clients and maintain proper records or receipts.
Shift timings: 7:00AM to 2:00PM
Branches : Satellite, Usmanpura
Salary is Negotiable and Depend on Interview.
