Description

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  3. Maintain visitor and employee attendance registers.

  4. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings

  5. Handle courier, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.

  6. Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.

  7. Receive payments from clients and maintain proper records or receipts.

  8. Shift timings: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

  9. Branch: Satellite

  10. Salary is Negotiable and Depend on Interview.

  11. Candidates from Ahmedabad can preferred.
