• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the concerned departments.

• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and visitor logs.

• Provide information and directions to visitors, patients, and staff as required.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
