Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, inquiries, and appointments.
Register patients, maintain records, and update information accurately in the system.
Coordinate patient flow between departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle billing, payments, and receipts as per hospital or clinic policy.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Assist in scheduling doctor consultations and follow-up appointments.
Manage correspondence, emails, and courier dispatches efficiently.
Computer Knowledge Require and Communication skill in Hindi , Guajarati As well as English.
