Job Title: Admin cum Receptionist

Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin cum Receptionist to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls.

  • Manage visitor logs, courier packages, and incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.

  • Support HR/Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks as required.

  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and databases.

Office Coordination

  • Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) is functioning properly.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.

  • Assist in organizing office events or meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role (preferred).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
