We are looking for a Receptionist for our clinic to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will greet patients,handle check-in/check-out, Schedule & confirm appointments (phone, WhatsApp, online booking).
Manage calls,Enter basic patient details in records.
Collect fees, issue receipts, and handle basic billing
Keep reception area neat and organized
Send reminders and do follow-up calls to patients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience/ Freshers can also apply. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
