Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Receptionist Cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, handle appointments, and manage clinic inquiries.

Answer phone calls, provide information about services, and follow up with potential clients.

Maintain patient records and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Assist in billing, payment collection, and inventory management.

Coordinate with dermatologists and aestheticians for patient scheduling.

Handle social media queries (basic knowledge preferred).

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dermatology/aesthetic/skin clinic is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Hindi and English (spoken & written).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).

Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach.
