We urgently need to hire a Receptionist for our office.


A Very Good and Presentable Looking & Attractive Female Required for our front desk who can effectively manage all the tasks listed in the JD.

Her regular activities would be:

 Call Management,

 Vendor & Bill Management,

 Office Management (Ensure the smooth functioning of the office)

 Office Co-ordination,

 Attendance (All Staff including Drivers)

 Courier Management,

 Maintain various Data / MIS in Excel etc.

 Basic Knowledge of Banking required.

 Directors Travel Booking Co-ordination

 Directors Credit Cards

 Car Insurance Management

 Making other arrangements as required

 Establish and maintain co-ordination and co-operation with all

departments of Company

 Being attentive, polite and capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

and systematically.
