A Very Good and Presentable Looking & Attractive Female Required for our front desk who can effectively manage all the tasks listed in the JD.
Her regular activities would be:
Call Management,
Vendor & Bill Management,
Office Management (Ensure the smooth functioning of the office)
Office Co-ordination,
Attendance (All Staff including Drivers)
Courier Management,
Maintain various Data / MIS in Excel etc.
Basic Knowledge of Banking required.
Directors Travel Booking Co-ordination
Directors Credit Cards
Car Insurance Management
Making other arrangements as required
Establish and maintain co-ordination and co-operation with all
departments of Company
Being attentive, polite and capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
and systematically.
