Job Description

Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum Admin will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organisational abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing meeting rooms.

  • Support the HR/Admin department with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

  • Handle courier services and maintain related records.

  • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, if required.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
