The Receptionist cum Admin will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organisational abilities.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing meeting rooms.
Support the HR/Admin department with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Handle courier services and maintain related records.
Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, if required.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree or minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
