Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for front desk management, excellent customer service, handling inquiries, administrative support, and coordination between CRM and Project Teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Manage incoming phone calls, route calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
· Maintain visitor logbook, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols.
· Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
· Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
CRM & Project Coordination Responsibilities:
· Act as a communication bridge between CRM and Project teams.
· Obtain priority list for possession from the CRM team.
· Coordinate with internal Fit-out Executives to ensure priority flats are prepared as per schedule.
· Maintain and follow up on the Snagging Tracker (maintained by Fit-out team).
· Share apartment readiness status regularly with the CRM team.
· Maintain Daily Progress Reports for project execution.
· Collect and update on-ground snagging brief reports and checklist inputs from Fit-out Executives.
· Prepare Daily Summary Reports and MIS for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 1–2 years of experience as Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation with polite behavior.
· Proficient in MS Office, emails, and phone systems.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
