Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage reception telephone - screen and direct calls as appropriate.
· Greet all guests who enter the outlet.
· Provide directions to clients and vendors who arrive for services.
· Manage and direct inquiries from the public and customers.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support.
· Responsible to maintain a clean and presentable reception and common areas.
· Responsible for background operational alignment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 12th pass/ Under-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline, but not a mandate
Preferred Skills
· Experience working as Floor Manager in wellness Industry, retail or similar industry must.
· Good knowledge in MS- Excel, Word, Powerpoint
· Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
· Issue Resolution & People Understanding
· Team Management & People Compliance
