Job Summary:

Bigland Construction is looking for a smart, professional, and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our office. The main responsibilities include welcoming visitors, attending calls, and guiding customer inquiries to the right department efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet all visitors and customers in a professional and warm manner.

✅ Answer incoming calls politely, provide information, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.

✅ Handle customer queries and follow up when necessary.

✅ Maintain basic data entry, update daily records, and manage office documents.

✅ Support in scheduling meetings and updating daily office activities.

✅ Provide customers with information about Bigland Construction's services and projects.

Key Skills:

✨ Strong communication skills (Hindi and basic English)

✨ Professional and friendly attitude

✨ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)

✨ Experience in calling and customer handling is an advantage

Qualification:

🎓 Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
