Job Description

Receptionist – Front Desk & Client Coordination Responsibilities:
1.Welcome clients and manage front-desk operations with professional etiquette.
2. Manage walk-ins, appointments, and guest registrations.
3.Handle CRM entries, visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and showroom flow.
4.Direct customers to specific demo zones (home theatre, automation, audio).
5.Coordinate showrooms visit flow between customers and demonstration staff.
6.Manage calls, WhatsApp business interface, and email communications.
7.Support event setups and client walkthroughs when required.
8.Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools.

  2. Well-presented and client-service oriented.

  3. Familiarity with CRM tools, visitor management software, or showroom POS systems.

  4. Previous experience in luxury retail or showroom is a plus.

  5. Experience: 1–3 years
