Job Description

· Should have complete knowledge of phone operating system - EPBX

· Connecting calls with clients & vendors

· Maintaining Inward & Outward Courier registered

· Looking after housekeeping - Kitchen

· Looking after maintenance of office infrastructure like phones, AC , Biometric machine etc.

· Maintaining Attendance register

· Coordinating with HR agency for office staff recruitment and personal staff for the CMD

· Giving ad in newspaper and arranging interviews

· Flight Ticket booking and Hotel reservation

· Fixing appointment for CMD

· Should have basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software - excel, word, emailing

· Sending PO to vendors and coordinating with PPIC person for material related matter.

· Coordinating with suppliers, transporter and factory people for Material

· Assisting office staff in calling and fixing appointments

· Filing
