Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Relations Executive (Females only). The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for handling guest interactions and complaints, managing reservations, performing receptionist duties, and aiding in sales and promotion of Eatopia's brand. They will be responsible for ensuring overall guest satisfaction and experience.
Qualifications
· Experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication
· Experience with handling restaurant reservations and receptionist duties
· Sales skills to promote Eatopia's brand and offerings to customers.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
· A degree in hospitality, hotel management or any related field preferred
· Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
