Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth communication and a professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take messages when required.

  • Maintain visitor records, appointment registers, and basic office logs.

  • Coordinate with different departments for visitor meetings and internal communication.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, and official documents.

  • Provide basic information to visitors regarding company services or departments.

  • Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks when required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

  • Candidate should reside within a reasonable and manageable commuting distance from the office to ensure timely availability for front desk operations.
