Job Description

Designation - Front Desk Executive (Receptionist)

Location - Marol Naka

Experience - 0.5 Months - 1+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all visitors.

  • Responding to calls and directing them to the concern department.

  • Greeting Visitors: Providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all visitors.

  • Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls effectively.

  • Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, and preparing documents.

  • Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.

  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure all the stationary are available.

  • Handling courier, maintaining the record for the same.

  • Monitor visitors book.

  • Maintain vouchers & bills.

  • Maintaining Xerox machine, photocopying, filing and documentation.

  • Any other responsibility shared by the management team. Alternate saturdays off
