We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Client company. You will handle front desk activities, greet visitors, manage calls, and provide general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude

  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

  • Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations

  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth front office functioning

  • Manage courier, mail, and basic clerical tasks
