Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments.
Handle courier dispatch and receipt of mail/packages.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Support HR/Admin teams with basic documentation and coordination tasks.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
0 -1 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
