Best fit for the role would be someone who:

  • Has excellent spoken English and polite communication skills

  • Is confident in handling EPABX calls, mobile phones, and visitor management

  • Is comfortable with office coordination, record keeping, and documentation

  • Can manage attendance registers, couriers, scanning, and cheque/letter handling

  • Is tech-friendly and can handle WhatsApp communication, Zoom setup, apps, and basic automation

  • Can manage member coordination, meeting updates, calendar entries, and reminders

  • Is detail-oriented and capable of handling public notices/circulars (Customs, DGFT, CBEC)

  • Can assist with event arrangements, gifts, bouquets, and meeting logistics

  • Is reliable, presentable, and ready to support staff whenever required

Preferred Background:

  • Experience as a Receptionist / Front Office / Admin Assistant

  • Comfortable working in a professional association or corporate office

  • Ability to multitask and work under urgency
