The Patient Care Executive is responsible for ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and efficient experience for patients throughout their journey in the healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating with medical and administrative staff to manage patient appointments, admissions, discharge processes, and overall service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families regarding appointments, admissions, billing, and general inquiries.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely delivery of patient services.

• Facilitate patient registration, admission, and discharge processes efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Handle patient complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly and empathetically.

• Educate patients about hospital services, procedures, and policies.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.

• Follow up with patients post-discharge to gather feedback or offer continued support if needed.

• Monitor and manage the waiting area to ensure a comfortable environment.

• Collaborate with billing and insurance teams for smooth processing of claims and payments.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
