Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients, manage front desk operations, and support the clinical team in delivering quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
Handle check-in and check-out processes
Collect co-pays and process billing and insurance paperwork
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
