Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in front office or reception management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support.

  • Handle incoming couriers, emails, and office correspondence.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Assist with general office administration and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently
