Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Executive cum Admin who will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client interactions, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.


Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.

  • Ensure reception area and office premises are neat, presentable, and welcoming.

Client Handling

  • Greet and assist clients/prospective buyers with inquiries regarding projects, site visits, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage client meetings and appointments.

  • Provide basic project details, brochures, and follow-up support.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.

  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and requirements.

  • Assist HR/Admin in record-keeping, attendance tracking, and staff coordination.

  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.

  • Support in preparing letters, memos, presentations, and reports.

Coordination & Support

  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) for smooth operations.

  • Support management in daily administrative tasks and event/meeting arrangements.

  • Handle courier, mail distribution, and related documentation.
