Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Assistant to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Handle front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression.
Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
Maintain office files, records, and documents accurately.
Coordinate travel arrangements, courier services, and office supplies.
Assist management with scheduling, reports, and routine administrative tasks.
Support employee onboarding and other HR-related coordination activities when required.
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are organized and presentable at all times.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
