Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Assistant to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings.

  • Handle front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.

  • Maintain office files, records, and documents accurately.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, courier services, and office supplies.

  • Assist management with scheduling, reports, and routine administrative tasks.

  • Support employee onboarding and other HR-related coordination activities when required.

  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are organized and presentable at all times.

  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
