We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage front desk operations while supporting backend and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic documentation knowledge, and familiarity with CRM systems. You will play a key role in handling visitors, assisting in lead generation, maintaining data, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage front desk operations – greet visitors, handle calls, and route queries appropriately.
Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and online research.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative and backend activities.
Collect and maintain data for reports, leads, and operational tasks.
Prepare, edit, and maintain documents such as agreements, reports, and proposals.
Update and manage information in the CRM system accurately and regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups professionally.
Provide general support to management and staff as required.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM tools or data entry systems.
Understanding of document handling and office procedures.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Experience in lead generation, CRM handling, data collection, or coordination roles is an added advantage.
Should be well-presented and customer-service oriented.
