Job Description

Receptionist / Telecalling Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Receptionist / Telecalling Executive to join our team at Signature Properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and supporting the sales process through calls, coordination, and timely follow-ups. The position is not target-based and comes with a fixed salary along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls and provide basic project information.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication with prospective clients.

  • Schedule site visits for projects and coordinate with the sales team.

  • Perform timely follow-ups with clients as per company process.

  • Maintain enquiry records, visit schedules, and follow-up status.

  • Assist walk-in clients and ensure they are guided properly.

  • Support basic front-desk and administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate, customer support, or telecalling.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language knowledge is a plus).

  • Comfortable handling calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.

  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM or Excel preferred.

  • Professional attitude, punctual, and well-organized.
