Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests, artists, and visitors with warmth, efficiency, and
professionalism.
• Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling
inquiries, and directing calls or messages to appropriate departments.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate visitor access, manage appointments, and ensure security
protocols are followed.
• Support administrative tasks such as courier handling, meeting room
scheduling, and internal coordination.
• Represent the popular brand with grace and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role,
preferably in media, hospitality, or corporate settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed, polished presence.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and basic office software
(MS Office, email platforms).
• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and maintain discretion.
• Efficient, punctual, and organized with a client-first mindset.
Preferred Background / Bonus:
• Experience working in entertainment, hospitality, or client-facing corporate
environments.
• Knowledge of local area (Andheri West) and comfort dealing with high-
profile personalities.
• Aesthetic awareness of reception decor and workplace presentation.
