Job Description – Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Location: Noida

Department: Administration

Reports To: Admin / HR Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage front office operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate arrangements.

  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

  • Provide administrative support to HR and Admin departments.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi.

  • Professional telephone etiquette.

  • Pleasant personality with a presentable appearance.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Customer service-oriented attitude.


Preferred Qualities:

  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Positive attitude and team player.

  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
