We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage front office operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and administrative support.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate arrangements.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and proper documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Provide administrative support to HR and Admin departments.
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Pleasant personality with a presentable appearance.
