Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Client Management
• Manage clients’ calendars and appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Interact with clients and clearly explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and schemes.
• Handle client grievances professionally and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Introduce and promote the latest organizational offers and schemes to clients.
Billing, Records & Reporting
• Perform analysis, billing, and invoicing activities accurately.
• Maintain patient records in both physical files and computer systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Analyze data and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Pharmacy & Inventory Management
• Manage pharmacy operations and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Oversee inventory for medical, pharmacy, and other clinic supplies.
• Monitor stock usage and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.
• This is a multi-tasking role requiring a high level of proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front office, operational, and clinical support responsibilities simultaneously.
