The Reception Executive cum Customer Coordinator is responsible for managing front-desk operations while ensuring excellent customer service and coordination between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Act as the first point of contact for customers and address their queries or concerns
Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses and service delivery
Follow up with customers regarding requests, feedback, or pending issues
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communication as required
Support office operations and assist other departments when needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
