Job Summary

The Reception Executive cum Customer Coordinator is responsible for managing front-desk operations while ensuring excellent customer service and coordination between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Customer Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and address their queries or concerns

  • Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses and service delivery

  • Follow up with customers regarding requests, feedback, or pending issues

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly

Administrative Support

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communication as required

  • Support office operations and assist other departments when needed

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
