Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Attend patient inquiries regarding hearing tests and hearing aids.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.

  • Maintain patient records and update CRM/database.

  • Follow up with existing and prospective patients.

  • Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient management.

  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.

  • Support marketing campaigns by calling leads generated through digital platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of English is an advantage).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).

  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or reception is preferred but freshers can also apply.

  • Friendly personality with a patient-first attitude.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience).
