Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front desk and handle administrative duties at our music school. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding music classes and schedules.
Manage student registrations, attendance records, and class schedules.
Coordinate with music teachers regarding class timings and student updates.
Maintain student databases, documents, and fee records.
Assist with billing, fee collection, and receipt management.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is organized and welcoming.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, or student performances.
Handle basic office supplies and coordinate with vendors if required.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
1–2 years of experience in receptionist, front office, or administrative role (freshers with good communication can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Well-organized with good multitasking abilities.
Friendly personality with a customer-service attitude.
