Job Summary:
The Hospitality Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during farm visits and retreats. The role involves overseeing hospitality operations, coordinating reservations, managing inspections, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests professionally during farm visits
• Conduct regular farm inspections, inventory checks, and readiness reviews
• Manage co-farmer reservations through the booking portal
• Oversee hospitality operations including front desk, F&B, and housekeeping
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet guest expectations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
• Support events, meetings, and special occasions
• Maintain guest records, reports, and daily data using Excel
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and hygiene standards
• Train and supervise junior hospitality staff during visits
• Addition to this reports maintenance, revenue / expense report ,
• Monthly / Quarterly reports
• Good knowledge in excel and powerpoint
