We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist will greet guests, handle incoming calls, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Coordinate with internal staff and provide administrative support as needed
Schedule appointments and meetings as required
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support HR/Admin team with clerical tasks such as data entry, documentation, or filing
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service attitude
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
Fluency in Hindi, Kannada and English
