Job Title: Receptionist (Female Candidate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and responsible female Receptionist to handle front desk duties and support daily office operations. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and good written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls

  • Handle inquiries and provide correct information

  • Manage appointments and schedules

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk procedures

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents

  • Keep the reception area neat and organized
