Ø Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
Ø Handling calls and directing the calls to concerned person / extension thru EPABX.
Ø Have to handle stationary.
Ø Greeting and assisting client, visitor, vendor etc..
Ø Supervising Housekeeping and essential maintenance services.
Ø Ensures the staff movements in and out of organization.
General administrative and clerical support
Ø In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the management occasionally or daily basis to be performed respectively.
