Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a warm, professional manner • Answer incoming calls, handle patient inquiries, and route calls appropriately
• Manage OPD appointment bookings and scheduling
• Maintain patient check-in/out records and visitor logs
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative departments
• Handle billing support or token system (if applicable)
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
• Provide proper shift handovers and report any pending matters Candidate Requirements
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, hospital software preferred)
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
• Prior hospital or front desk experience is an added advantage
