Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Department: Administration / Front Office

Reports To: Admin Manager


Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-office environment. This role also provides administrative support to various departments and assists in maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and route them appropriately.

  • Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting setups when required.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier and correspondence.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional at all times.

  • Assist in handling travel bookings, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.

  • Manage basic inquiries and provide information about the company as required.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream).

  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (corporate setup preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of office management and admin procedures.

  • Familiarity with call-handling systems and visitor management software.

  • Customer service orientation.
