The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-office environment. This role also provides administrative support to various departments and assists in maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting setups when required.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier and correspondence.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Assist in handling travel bookings, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
Manage basic inquiries and provide information about the company as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (corporate setup preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of office management and admin procedures.
Familiarity with call-handling systems and visitor management software.
Customer service orientation.
