Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location: Greater Noida
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their visit.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Maintain guest records and feedback reports.
Assist with reservations, bookings, and special requests.
Follow up on guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Promote hotel/restaurant services and special offers.
Maintain high standards of grooming and hospitality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS/PMS systems).
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
