Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate should be able to manage schedules, handle communications, and assist with various tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Maintain records, documents, and files.
Run personal and administrative errands as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other contacts.
Assist with basic office and household management tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is preferred but not required.
