Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements virtually.

• Handle professional correspondence, documentation, and client coordination.

• Support executives with day-to-day administrative and organizational needs.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely task execution.

• Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Personal Secretary,

• Personal Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools.

• It is a Full Time Receptionist job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
