About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and proactive PA cum Operations Executive to support the management team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role combines administrative assistance with hands-on involvement in business operations, coordination, and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Personal Assistant Duties. • Handle confidential communication, documentation, and follow-ups. • Organize and maintain records, reports, and official files. • Draft emails, memos, and other official correspondence. • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and senior management. Operations Duties: • Assist in daily operational activities including documentation, coordination, and logistics. • Monitor task follow-ups across teams and ensure timelines are met. • Maintain records of internal processes and assist in reporting • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers when required. • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
