We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
Assist with personal and business-related errands when required.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
