Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CCO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.

  • Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official correspondence in English.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and basic documentation as required.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally and maintain confidentiality.

  • Maintain records, files, and documents (physical and digital).

  • Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks assigned by the CCO.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Working knowledge of operating systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Good interpersonal skills and professional personality.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

  • Experience not mandatory.

  • Freshers with good communication skills and confidence may apply.

Other Requirements:

  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in conduct.
