Job Description: Personal Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and presentable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multi-tasker with excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing schedules and appointments.

• Handling phone calls and correspondence (email typing).

• Coordinating travel arrangements.

• Preparing presentations and reports.

• Maintaining files and records.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Assisting with personal tasks as required.

• Using convincing skills for various tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

• Smart and professional appearance.

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficient in email typing and general correspondence.

• Presentable and professional demeanor.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office suite).

• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.

• Good convincing skills.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Work

• Location : - Kamela Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat

• Time : 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days- Mon- Sat
