Correspondence & Communication: Screen calls, emails, mail; draft responses, maintain contact database, and act as first point of contact Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic/international travel—including flights, hotels, visas—prepare detailed itineraries, and accompany MD as needed
Document & Reporting: Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports; research and summarize background information for decisions/projects Office & Event Coordination: Maintain filing/data systems, office supplies, expense reconciliations; coordinate events, workshops, and guest visits
Project & Stakeholder Support: Assist with strategic initiatives, special assignments, vendor coordination; liaise across departments and external stakeholders.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
3–5 years of PA/EA experience with senior leadership; experience in publishing preferred
Technical Skills

Comfortable handling travel bookings, expense systems, and virtual meeting platforms
